Returns and Cancellations
- Return Period: You may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition of Goods: The item must be returned in its original condition, with all packages of products complete and the goods themselves intact. The certificates attached to the goods should also be included.
- Cancellation: Cancellations are supported within 30 minutes of placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds: After your refund application is approved, the payment amount will be returned to your payment account using the original payment method, but the shipping fee is non-refundable. Refund processing usually takes between 1 to 2 working days depending on the payment method. If delayed, please contact us via email at [email protected].
Return Instructions
- Item Quality Check: Due to the unique nature of the goods on the website, please check for any quality issues upon arrival.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you received an item damaged or defective, we will replace or refund it at no cost if the return request is made within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Return Rejection: If the product is damaged differently from the return request when returned to the warehouse, we will reject your return request and send the product back to you. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Return Request Process

If the issue is our fault, such as functional damage, we may ask you to provide an unpacking video or product details pictures. Please keep these until the return and exchange process is complete. We will ship the missing products to you within 1 to 2 working days after confirming the issue, covering the cost of re-delivery.
- Unsatisfactory Items: If you are dissatisfied with the item upon receiving it, we accept return requests for items in new and unused condition with original packaging. In this case, the customer will bear the return postage.
